Play-Doh, flowers and....

Our American Flag! Kayla couldn't resist taking the pic of the flag & I think it's beautiful. We spent some time at my sisters, we watched Drop Dead Fred which I LOVE! The girls played with Play-Doh, Kayla made flowers with Play-Doh (awesome), we baked cookies, the kids played soccer, wrestled, etc. Julien wanted some company & he got some.

More Pumpkin Patch pics....

Scarecrows....

All of the older kids made scarecrows....of course you can tell which one the only boy in the crew made. Not bad fall decor for only $5.

The girls....

You can't tell it from some of these pics but "Addie Mae Mae" wasn't too thrilled with us. She wasn't sure she wanted to participate in the hayride or anything else either. I thought these pics were too cute not to share.

The Pumpkin Patch....

Saturday afternoon me, Kayla, Erin & Gabi met Cecilia, Jenn, Julien & Addie at The Pumpkin Patch @ Shadow Lake. I'd like to say the weather was perfect....but keep in mind we are in Alabama and although it's near the end of October....we are still having 80 degree weather. We didn't have much time but enjoyed it none the less.

Happy OVER THE HILL....

Cecilia turned 40 today....I spent the afternoon preparing Mexican food and the girls made an OREO cookie for her birthday. I didn't take any pics while everyone was there but we had a good time. Here's one of her balloons, one of her flowers and I decided to throw the pumpkins in too. I love this time of year! HAPPY 40TH BIRTHDAY CECILIA.

Botanical Gardens....

Gabi was not ready to leave BBG after the ceremony so we walked thru the Gardens & took pics, it was a beautiful day....a tad warm for October, but we are in Alabama.

Walk To Remember Our Little Ones....

Today we went to Botanical Gardens to honor Ethan & Evan. Every year The Botanical Gardens host a "Walk To Remember Our Little Ones". We started out in the Auditorium where candles were lit in memory of all the babies whose families were there as well as the names of the babies whose families couldn't be there. Prayers were said, stories were told, music was played and tears were shed. Afterwards everyone walked to The Little Ones Memory Garden for a reception & reading of "Remembering Our Children".
